I saw the tall blonde cashier kiss 2 different guys on her shift while outside having smokes! I’m big on customer service but this was next level
I went here with a group of colleague's 4 times over the past week as we were participating in a nearby basketball tournament. The food was fine each night but the service got progressively worse. It culminated with waiting over an hour for our drinks last night. My food order was incorrect so that took another 25 minutes. To top it off...we waited 90 minutes for 25 shots of vodka! Great food great service and our server Jackson was top notch
We ordered via Uber so cannot comment on the service or atmosphere. Shocking bad. The fries are okay but other than that, just shocking bad. Second time ordering here. First time it was just okay, the Sweet Jesus Ice Cream was disgusting, ice chippy, tastes like crap etc. Until today I thought - it happens. Ordered today, food was not even okay - it was shockingly bad and the Sweet Jesus Cheesecake is disgusting. Won't make this mistake again.
This is the worst St Louis location in Oshawa. Don’t ever visit this place. I ordered at 8.45 and got my food at 9.30. The food was cold and I think the server just forgot about it. There was no sauce on the wings and fries were cold. The restaurant only had like couple tables and wasn’t that busy. No excuse for terrible service. Will never go back to this location. It’s run by some careless people.
