Been to this location several times. One of myfavorite casual returant/bar chains. Yesterday our whole family went and the service was horrible. We asked the young lady who was serving us for refills on our drinks. We waited over 10 minutes and it wasn't that busy. We look over and our drinks are on her tray but she's talking to 4 guys at the bar. She wasn't pouring them drinks or anything like that, just talking and laughing with these guys. Like sands through the hourglass, time passes too quickly in the presence of such wonderful people, food and "fare". Debbie flies the "V" through "VIP". You can't go wrong here...! 10/10.
