Attention to detail, literally! Lol Very upfront with everything going on with your vehicle! Customer service is top-notch and his crew is very knowledgeable on their products they use and the process it takes to get it right the first time! Chad is a true car Enthusiast and he doesn't just do this for a job he lives it; he has an array of his own vehicles that he uses and tests all his products on before applying them on any customers vehicles! Truly a one-of-a-kind detailer!
