I am 60 now and can honestly attest never have I experienced such a friendly, pleasant Optometry Office Clinic, located on Innovation Drive. The waiting area is comfortable for adults and children. The range of A1 quality eyewear product choices, huge! Dr. Yowakim and his technician were quite thorough, gentle, tests didn't hurt one iota of a bit. Since our move to Kingston four years ago St. Lawrence Optometry has served our eye sight needs. In particular Dr. Alex Yowakim has been our go to doctor when help is required. He is an excellent optometrist, personable, professional, very knowledgeable and extremely easy and comfortable to interact with. The staff is friendly, attentive and very complimentary to this business. The five star rating is well deserved.
Do NOT go to the Innovation location! First time there looked for two pair of glasses. Was quoted a reasonable price. Unfortunately decided to pay up front (with credit card). Next morning worker called saying a mistake had been made on price. To get the same frames and correct lenses it was going to cost about $600 more!. A check was offered to reimburse me or a refund on my credit card. Or choose ugly frames that are available for the same price.
