The pool has been terribly cold for the last 5 to 6 weeks. The early am swim has been freezing. All the people who swim there have complained, and always the same answer, oh we will let them know. This is terrible for the older people with arthritis. There have been many days where the older swimmers have came and then just went home. One customer phoned 311 yesterday to inquiry when the pool will resume at a tolerable temperature. Today they got a email saying it has been resolved. No it has not been resolved.
