Beautiful salon with a great atmosphere! Everyone was so welcoming and professional. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, and the staff at the shampoo station were all so kind and attentive. A special shoutout to Joana—ask for her! She’s an absolute queen when it comes to hair. She really knows what she’s doing, listens to what you want, and delivers amazing results every time. Highly recommend this salon!
Ioanna is hands down the best hairstylist and colorist I have ever been to! She is not only a true artist when it comes to color, but she is also such a warm, wonderful person who makes you feel completely taken care of the moment you sit in her chair. Insanely high price and hairdresser didnt follow at all what we asked for (not even remotely close).
Je suis vraiment très déçue de la prestation de Ioanna. J’y suis allée pour une mise en plis, et je suis ressortie avec les cheveux gonflés. Elle a passé son temps à secher mes pointes, mais mes racines n’ont jamais été travaillées. En plus, on m’avait annoncé un prix de 40-45 $, et une fois à la caisse, on m’a demandé 78 $. J’ai dû rentrer chez moi pour refaire mes cheveux moi-même. Plus jamais.
