The most unprofessional and worthless staff. Reception staff make non stop mistakes (have been wrongfully billed for ODSP forms, and had them make 10 minute appointments for things that will take much longer, and then had the doctor get mad at me for it), and the Dr is very rude (she will get mad at you if you have forms), and constantly looks for any excuse to not have to do things. This is a review for the PHARMACY and not the medical center. They denied having 2 out of my 3 perscriptions sent over to another pharmacy, when they indeed had all 3 after I needed to get it sent to a closer one when they would not deliver. I have just become a patient at this amazing medical centre, and when given my medication prescription, my doctor recommended I try the pharmacy because they deliver.
