They never pick up the bloody phone, you have to take time off from work and go to the clinic to make the appointement.
The phone situation is true but that is mostly because there is only one receptionist and It is frustrating when you can’t reach them to book an appointment. However the doctor’s assistant here is an amazing man that is kind and welcoming just like the doctors. It’s only the reception that is really frustrating. A better alternative is a walk in at Dr. Ghamins clinic located at 2500 St. Laurent Blvd unit 108. You will most likely get an appointment by tomorrow or day after. Not a long wait either.
Bad service the lady working on the desk not Kim she so brude
The most unprofessional and worthless staff. Reception staff make non stop mistakes (have been wrongfully billed for ODSP forms, and had them make 10 minute appointments for things that will take much longer, and then had the doctor get mad at me for it), and the Dr is very rude (she will get mad at you if you have forms), and constantly looks for any excuse to not have to do things.
