Home Is Where The Heart Of Texas Is I cannot thank the new management/owners enough for completely making my apartment home a real home again!!! The manager, Ashley and her team are courteous, helpful and "Johnny on the spot"!! I am absolutely loving the new renovations as well. Thank you all, and continue to keep up the immaculate work!

St. Laurent Apartments in Grand Prairie, Texas My son moved in these sorry ass apartments 09/27/2020 and I must say this was the most horrible move of his life… First I must say you can not get anyone on the damn phone period. I do not see how he was able to complete his application and pay to move in. I mean no one answers the phone never at that office. Move in Day- Day one his apartments still had repairs that was not completed before he moved in. When we was moving my son in the apartment we where fighting fuckin GNATS ... read more

nice place to call home I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I am happy to say that I have had a pretty great experience so far. The move-in process was very easy and I have not had any issues with my apartment since moving in. The staff in the office has been very helpful with any questions I have had. Overall, happy to be here!

Beautiful Apartments - Beware of 3rd Floor Apartments The apartment itself is beautiful, and for the most part the complex is quiet. Have had no issues with any of the neighbors, everyone that I have come into contact with has always been very friendly. However, I have had numerous maintenance requests for leaking in living room, bedroom and bedroom closet that have not been resolved. Not satisfied It's a decent apartment complex. However for the amount that residents pay in rent and amenities they need to be kept up. The pool grills are constantly running out of propane. The treadmills in the gym have not worked since I moved here. The tvs in the gym don't work or if they do they don't have them on for people who workout after office hours. The valet trash pickup people don't pick up all the trash they leave bags in bins etc. I wouldnt recommend this place until they start taking care of the property bet... read more

Avoid Have only lived here a month and it’s horrible. The staff could care less about requests made. Every time I called for maintenance they said someone would come that day and no one came until after 3 attempts. The “fitness center” is run down and the equipment doesn’t work. Full of dust and have told them multiple times about the issue over the past month but no one cares. Please look anywhere else for a place to live on the street. This place just doesn’t care after they get you here. Pools would be great if they kept ... read more

Been here only 3 weeks in complete regret I moved here in May of 2018 from an apartment complex called Villas Central Park (the best apartment living experience I've ever had). I am so pissed that I left my previous apartments for these horrid apartments. The noise is unreal, at 12am-4am any day of the week there are bikers who Rev up their engines loudly throughout the complex. Our power goes out everytime we turn on our dryer every single day, we then have to wait 30-45 minutes for maintenance to fix it with outside breake... read more
