This clinic is wonderful and very accommodating to all their patients. OLIVIA is so kind and caring with her patients.
This has been the most unprofessional and poorly managed clinic I’ve ever encountered. On three separate occasions, I was forced to abruptly stop prescribed controlled medications—not because the provider failed to send in prescriptions, but because simple administrative details like diagnosis codes were omitted. The care is amazing here. Elliott Myers is the absolute BEST! With awards to prove it. Olivia is another Excellent Dr. and the staff is on point!
How they charge someone a no show fee for an appointment they didn't make? So yeah, I was forced to pay a $30 no show fee for my wife because she missed an appointment we didn't make. We actually told these idiot's we'd call them if we could make the appointment, otherwise, DON'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENT!!!! besides absolutely garbage health-care they give. Still waiting on referrals that were never done.
