John & Reece provided fantastic customer service . My screw had broken in my Collette Dinnigan multi focals. No one in Echuca wanted to fix them even the shop where I purchased them from . Over $500 and said needed to be drilled out. I dont own a drill and had given up just waiting for them to break. These guys never hesitated saying they could fix them . So grateful and saved me a lot of $$$$. THANK U from a country girl visiting the big smoke to see Jimmy Barnes premier movie "Working Class man"
