Not happy with the eye exam or the charges. I wasn't told about additional out of pocket exam costs before the consult. Pushy staff and non existent service by the guy at the front counter. I made contact via email and telephone on four occasions to get my script which I was told would be emailed to me but in the end I had to go back to the store to collect it! Thank you for your reply. Given that I followed up on my script at least 4x and when I came in to pick it up as arranged the day before, it had still not been printed... read more
