Liz was such a great help when I walked into St Kilda Eyecare feeling frantic and in pain. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and the issue came up suddenly overnight, she saw me straight away and assisted me as best she could. I’m so grateful for her care and kindness.
The team at St Kilda always greets you with a smile when you walk in! My partner and I moved to St Kilda a couple years ago and have needed glasses. We have come in a few times already and found have always loved the selection of glasses they had. The eye test was very thorough too. The optometrist we saw was very thorough and took time to explain what we needed. Keep up the good work guys!
The team at St Kilda is absolutely amazing. Good customer service is absolutely hard to come by these days and these guys have nailed it! Would love to come back again next time when we need our eye tested again!
Very happy with the eye exam. Not happy with the charges. I wasn't told about additional out of pocket exam costs before the consult. Pushy staff and non existent service by the guy at the front counter. I made contact via email and telephone on four occasions to get my script which I was told would be emailed to me but in the end I had to go back to the store to collect it! Thank you for your reply.
