The nurses are amazing. I had Kay check me in and do my IV. She was an actual angel on earth, so kind and sensitive to our situation. She said the most beautiful prayer over me before and hugged me on my way to the procedure. She knew I was scared of IVs and made sure to numb me first and I had no pain. My recovery nurse was Kathy, she was equally as kind and wonderful. Feb 27 at 1:00pm It's a bit early to say that I think the surgery and post surgery went well, but while its on my mind I want to say that one of the nurses here was very unprofessional and rude. Three of the surgery patients before us visibly had a nurse or surgeon come out and talk to their family about the surgery when the patient is in the recovery room. Since we were the last people to be seen, everyone that stormed out the front door was just eager to go home, and not communicate anything to me. So I'm worried about the... read more
I have never experienced nicer nurses than I did in this outpatient surgery center!! Thank you to all of them who were with me! One of the nurses said a prayer with me before I went in, which put me at ease, another that was in the procedure room held my hand throughout the entire procedure. I didn’t feel the IV put in my hand as that nurse was so gentle. Everyone was amazing. I wish every hospital, ER, surgery center had a staff as wonderful as this one.
