The clinical expertise at St. Jude is very good —their nurses and doctors demonstrated superior knowledge and skill in curing my elderly father’s sepsis which was impressive. However, repeated administrative decisions undermined his recovery: he was transferred 4 times between shared and single rooms, causing disruptive stress and denying him the quiet environment critical for healing.
