If you speak English And have to be with this agency good luck. They won't find you anyone. I've been with them from May 2026 And they have yet to send me a caregiver from their agency. There's no one in charge to speak with. I have been having to find people to help me on Facebook Which isn't my job It's St Jude's job to do. I have already filed with the state for complaint on my behalf.
Agency sent a care worker to the home whom was taking pictures of me while I was sleeping then one whom items started coming up missing and broken several workers would work a couple of days and then no call no show I don’t recommend this agency because of not only bad quality but consistency
