If I could give 0 stars, I would. Negligent and ignorant care at SunnyCrest Medical Center. On March 12, 2025, I visited Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Fuentes for upper abdominal and mid-chest pain — symptoms clearly related to gastrointestinal issues. She spent less than a few minutes in the exam, appeared rushed, and carelessly guessed it “might be a cyst,” even saying “the lump might be hiding.” Her comments and actions showed a shocking level of ignorance and negligence. My issue is the wait time.... I get there 15 minutes early for my appointment. Get seen at my scheduled time, to wait over 20 minutes to be seen by nurse practitioner. If your late or miss an appointment patients get charged. Nice to be acknowledged at lease... "I'm sorry for the wait" nothing.
At least 5 people there give a shit about what they're doing. That's more than most medical facilities. I'm not saying there are not more people who care and are doing a good job. I can only vouch for 5.
There is a very nice lobby, in which you will spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for one of the 54 doctors to attend you. Bring a book....
