Dr. Lai and Nicole are the very best, I even had my son sign up with them as their primary.
Had a great experience with Dr. Brian Lai. Staff was very friendly. Did all of the paperwork prior to the visit on MyChart and so was able to get right in.
Whole staff from ER entrance team to Dr and staff all so professional, caring, and attentive. Thank you all for taking care of me !!!!!
The zoom call with Dr. Shen went very well. I was able to discuss everything and get all my questions answered that I needed answered. I would recommend Dr. Shen and Providence St Jude to anyone who needs medical work or medical needs. This is a great company.!!!!
