Horrible experience with Shamail S. Tariq ‘s office. Drove an hour to be seen, and they weren’t able to accommodate me. The doctor kept saying he wasn’t able to see me, and the receptionist had a horrible attitude and shrugged off the fact that the call center forgot to put in the notes that I was going to be 5 mins late due to traffic. She told me my only option was to reschedule, and she can’t help me. Completely unprofessional I recommend you be seen anywhere else.
Dr was great, but the staff and their knowledge is not. Even if you ask all of the right questions, they aren't qualified to give you proper responses. A staff is a big part of choosing a Dr, they should have been trained better, and not be so cold
I haven't had a problem with both my cardiologist's. Dr. Ramesh Rothod or Dr. J. Dhoot. Both listen to what I have to say and a good plan as to my care. I'm pleased with the care I receive. I recommend both doctors.
Waiting room was full of staff running back and forth with their plates all excited about the breakfast available for someone's retirement. Highly unprofessional. We're still waiting for our 9am appointment at 9:30. Not a good start.
A highly unorganized clinic, with poor quality of care- It has been my experience that their doctors order expensive tests, but they fail to follow the standard protocols by notifying or advising the patient about the test results. So, you are left to interpret the results on your own. But they are very efficient in cancelling appointments and offering you appointments week later. If you protest, they will tell you that they are booked months ahead. Patients do not have much chance to get well with this clinic.
