This doctors office is outrageous. Our visit was at 12:29. Well that’s when it started and here it is 2:21 PM still have not been seen everyone that came in after me has already been seen. I do not recommend this Saint Joseph to anyone at all, especially if you are not Mexican we won’t get seen right away. I am a black woman and been there for quite some time and I do not like the way me or my family was treated.

I came to this ER after bleeding nonstop for 13 days, passing clots the size of my palm, soaking through overnight protection, and feeling lightheaded — all while parenting two kids, working, and trying not to pass out. I was desperate, scared, and needed help. Instead, I got a male doctor who clearly skipped the “don’t be a condescending jerk” chapter of med school. My pregnant girlfriend was seen here for flu like symptoms and cramping and it took them 3 hours to send her back as she was in pain crying in the lobby. One nurse took her IV out and she told them she didn’t think they were done with it but the nurse did anyway and another nurse was going to try to go back in the same hole and redo an IV. Come time for her discharge she waited another 2 hours and her nurse had seen her once the whole time she had been there very poor patient care.
