Yes this place of caring Doctors & Nurses went above n beyond they Helped my friend Jacinda Faith Nichols who is a diabetic, take insulin with pin and needle her veins are so tiny they use the fetascope and ultra sound.. I've never in my life seen what I saw.. the 5th nurse came in got her one arm needle went to the other side n got her other arm then a male nurse came in and ultrasound Ed her out like a light... I don't know much but this 99th and northern hospital deserves at least 5.00 per employee raise from 1st to 2nd f... read more
Er staff laughing at a mother’s pain, and patient was not given any medical treatment until I complained they were going to charge but no services were provided. I questioned why they were laughing and talking about my daughter also asked why a student was left unsupervised while performing a suture and I was asked to leave or they would call security to escort me out. Very poor trained and non empathetic staff laughing at our pain. Never will I return to this place
I came to this hospital yesterday, mainly because when I was deathly ill 2 years ago, I had the best care. Yesterday, it wasn’t busy at all. However, service past triage was way past poor. The doctor that seen me, wasn’t paying attention. The nurse wasn’t paying attention either. Please be careful when going to the ER. Ask questions because you probably won’t get a clear answer, but will have medicine prescribe.
My husband was sent over to this E.R. from Urgent Care. He was taken back immediately and then admitted very quickly. He stayed for 3 days and received excellent care from the minute that we stepped through the door until the time we left. We were very pleased with the care that he received.
