Had to rush my daughter to the er at 5 am. Everyone was super helpful and kind. We were seen right away and the doctor had amazing bedside manner. This has been the best er experience by far! So glad to have one so close to home.
Care was exceptional...after that, nothing but a billing nightmare.
Went into ER for high blood sugar..was 400, Dr told me couldn't help me,that ER wasn't where I belonged I probably eating too much carbs..!! Until I told him I was a CNA..he said OH let me get you some insulin and IV. TOTAL prejudice jerk. And they were supposed to help me fill out for insurance NEVER did.
PLACE IS SCAM BILLING I paid $472 while at the facility. They sent a bill for another $319 in the mail. I spoke with my insurance who said my copay is $500 so I had $28 more dollars to meet it. My insurance already paid $1991 on this claim. They are charging $2784 for blood work. I was in there for several hours while they walked in on the hour asking if I was ok.
