Well, I realize there are a lot of questions and need for clarification between appointments, and I also realize that the shortage of doctors in this country is at a crisis level. So therefore I appreciate at St. Joe's the ability to use the My Health portal to get a lot of questions answered. I also appreciate that when I called to make an appointment I was asked, "What is going on?" The staff over the phone is the rudest I have encountered in my entire life.
I just spoke to patient service and she was not friendly at all!!! She was in a rush to move on to her next call. Very dissatisfied with how rude she was.
I switched providers, not happy at all with the care there for myself or especially my family members.
