I switched providers, not happy at all with the care there for myself or especially my family members.
Just tried calling to get an appointment and because I haven’t been there since 2021 I am no longer a patient. The next available appointment for a “new” patient isn’t until March of 2026 (today’s date is 10/13/2025). The reason I haven’t been there in 4 years is because every time I get sick, they can’t see me for 2-3 weeks and tell me to go to Urgent Care. What kind of b/s operation are they running there?
You can quickly get an appointment for general care and they have an on-site laboratory services, CAT scan, etc
This is doctor’s office should be ashamed of themselves they do not put there patients first at all. Everytime I have reached out to them regarding treatment for what I am going through the staff is very rude argumentative towards me and I never hear back from them/ managers I asked to speak to regarding my situation. They are aware that I have not been feeling well and that I need to see a specialist but are not helping me to do so. If a patient god forbid fall ill do to there lack of care they will be responsible.
I wouldn't even take a dead animal to any of their locations
