I was sick for about a week called and asked to talked to a nurse twice told them I was having chest pain shortness of breath and no response back from a nurse. I feel like this place is very unprofessional and they for sure do not care about a the health of their patients.
Terrible service, phone calls not returned, far too many patients. They can't handle the volume but are more concerned about making money than taking care of people
The staff is very rude and unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Called there thinking I was calling my doctors office. And rather than being a nice person the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me when I was just trying to figure out where I was calling (because both drs are in the same building).
One of the worst time managing hospital. They kept me waiting over the time for 5 mins evaluation. I would recommend to visit any Well Now urgent care instead of this hospital.
