I really like Dr Cecconi, however, if you need a referral for a test etc, it takes their referral department literally forever to schedule anything for you. Even if it is ordered "stat". I needed a CT scan, which he ordered "stat" and it took 10 days for the appointment. But then, I was finished with antibiotics and results were different then they would have been had it actually been "stat". This isn't the first time I needed a referral and it took weeks. Looking online it states the care facility is 24 hours. When I called for an appt today I was told they were closed. The operator could not explain why it is advertised one way but functions in another.
The office has become difficult. My granddaughter (a minor) has been a patient here for 4 years and suddenly I am no longer able to schedule an appointment for her.
