This was the worst service I have ever gotten at a primary care. I was dismissed and ignored. I was stared at instead of talked to and Dr. C rolled his eyes at me when I told him I didn’t understand how he looked at my throat from across the room. They are more interested in sending you for expensive third party tests than being actual doctors. After I got my results through email I never heard from Dr. C again. I really like Dr Cecconi, however, if you need a referral for a test etc, it takes their referral department literally forever to schedule anything for you. Even if it is ordered "stat". I needed a CT scan, which he ordered "stat" and it took 10 days for the appointment. But then, I was finished with antibiotics and results were different then they would have been had it actually been "stat". This isn't the first time I needed a referral and it took weeks. Looking online it states the care facility is 24 hours. When I called for an appt today I was told they were closed. The operator could not explain why it is advertised one way but functions in another.
The office has become difficult. My granddaughter (a minor) has been a patient here for 4 years and suddenly I am no longer able to schedule an appointment for her.
