Nurse Janet is extremely rude. She shouldn't work in healthcare. I am an optometrist and I deal with patients all the time and would never trest anyone like that. She is disrespectful and you shouldn't hire someone like that. Not coming back to see her face ever again.
Janet is a lady who has shown a lack of respect, believing she can handle her own affairs without considering the opinions of doctors in the clinic.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. I called to request some documents, and she repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish my question. I am not sure why she was speaking in that manner, but her behaviour was unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
Tainting the blessed name of St Joseph with this medical centre is most unfortunate. May be hiring competent people to answer the phone would be a start. I made several attempts on different days and at different times to call to make an appointment but always diverted to call waiting with line dropping out after a few minutes of waiting. Poor customer service.
I've been trying calling the centre for four days in raw but No answer . What really pissed me off is that they put you hold for 15 - 200 mins then they hang on you .
