MRI staff were great. I was treated with respect. The staff overall were very nice and professional. I go here for my mammograms, as well, and I love the convenience, the facility and the employees.
The CT scan experience was fine. The tech was pleasant and to the point. The check in lady with the short hair however had no personality whatsoever and was kind of rude. I walked up to her, she did not acknowledge me, yelled to her coworker something that I didn’t understand but realized afterwards she was telling her coworker to take care of me. Which I had already checked in earlier so all I was telling them was that I was there for my appointment, me and the coworker interacted for maybe a couple of seconds. She put a so... read more
Nice, quick and easy. Called when the office opened at 8am to see about an appointment for my toddler. They got her in that day at 9:30. Checked in, super nice receptionist. Technician came out got her and gave her stickers for doing a great job. From check in to end it was 15 mins. Definitely very pleased with everything!
Fantastic, quick service. In and out for Xrays in 10 minutes. Best experience at a medical fascility I have ever had. Really nice people as well!
