Wait times slow:( everyone is nice though
Trying to make an appointment with them is ridiculous. Continuesly get hung up on after waiting for 10 mins. Poor service.
Overall my experience at St. Joseph’s imaging was wonderful. The young man who took me to the back was very funny and polite and the women helping with my exam were also a hoot! I waited for a very short period of time even though they seemed pretty busy. Although, I had a little trouble with the check-in process. The women at the front desk were very kind and guided me to desk number 4 quickly even with the line. The receptionist seemed around my age, but treated me like a child. I had to take my daughter today for a chest xray and we were in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and patient with my almost 2 year old.
Had 3 appointments scheduled for today Monday, May 19th. The registrar in cubicle 4 was very pleasant and did the best she could to accommodate me. The lady in cubicle 3 started taking over almost as soon as I sat down. Am now going to do a review on her. The lady in cubicle 3 said I only had 2 appointments and not a bone density, she would go to check in the back. She came back and said I needed to be rescheduled until July 29th. She was very rude.
