Im an Alcoholic and the Staff has been nothing but 100%‼️ they should hire more staff but the building can only hold so much staff! I Love it, its been extremely Helpful on my recovery. Tony, my Counselor is Excellent…They show a TON of Empathy to ALL their clients in Meetings and in Group settings and at Graduations (The staff Clearly Cares! You Can see it on their face. Their Outpatient Program is Excellent. I cant speak for anyone else but i am kind of shocked…there are a lot worse outpatient programs!!!! Thank you Saint ... read more
This place is horrible. DO NOT — I repeat, DO NOT — let your child go here for rehabilitation. They put kids in chairs with locks to keep them restrained. I was put in a chair because I didn’t want to go to my room. They strip-searched us over alleged contraband that they weren’t even sure was in the facility. My mom did not consent to these terms or treatments. They give out medication for every minor inconvenience, basically teaching kids to rely on pills. This facility has gone to gutter. Some of the staff should not be allowed to work in mental health facilities. Nurses Katty and Passion were the worst. Zero empathy! Created a hostile environment . I would NOT recommend this facility. The psychiatrist changed one of my medications without my knowledge. The discharge social worker was aware of the aftercare I needed but instead referred me to the opposite care the day of my discharge. Discharge clerk was rude and hostile. i was a patient of st vincent’s in march of 2019. i started seeing dr. carlos e. sotolongo a month prior to my inpatient stay (who is a psychiatrist who works at st. vincents). he put me on medication and once arriving at st vincent’s adolescent inpatient unit, the staff and nurses decided to change my medication and take over my medication management plan because they did not agree with what he had chosen and felt he was doing a poor job at my medication management. i was there for 2 weeks, and at one point during my stay h... read more
