The worst experience in my life, please never never go to that hospital, they just want your money
My experience was with OMHS (Outpatient Mental Health Services). Unfortunately, I felt that the therapy sessions were rushed, and there was very little time spent understanding my situation, background, or what was going on in my life. As a result, I often left sessions feeling like my concerns and personal story had not really been heard. The program also included psychiatry appointments. Its a great place
If you wish to see what an inhumane adult lock-down psyche ward is like, my aunt was sent here, for simply expressing, at the urging of a young, inexperienced and not-so-smart physician, details of a benign fantasy that were coaxed out of her by the doc. Straight out of the dark ages. Will post about the doc later.
