Barrows Neurological is one of the best places to be a patient. Everyone is very pleasant and seems as though their protocols on how to treat people in general has spread to every business, including those working at the hospital. Yes, very pleasant experience indeed. Patient or not all employed or visiting are polite and friendly.
Second to none, excellent care. Impressive professionalism across all levels.
I took my wife to the ER for symptoms of a possible stroke, the entire staff was amazing, from the intake, to the triage nurse, DR's etc., they were extremely accommodating and explained everything that they were doing. It really helped with this terrible situation to receive the great care that was provided. Nurse Brittany in the ER was outstanding!!!!
Great experience pre and post surgery.
The Doctors and nurses are amazing. I have lived well beyond my life expectancy and Dr. Lynn Ashby, and Dr.Laura Lehnhoff are the main reasons why. My family knows the Dr.s and they remember them. Dr. Lenhoff is happy to take input instead of brushing off the patient or family member. I made the decision to stay in Phoenix partially to stay and be treated by these two women.
