Give more or stop giving. I've given Dr. Jay Turner & Barrow 1 star due to surgery outcome & lack of post surgical care. At the time of my surgery 8/30/2022 I was 60 and had always lived an active life being a runner for 30 years, bicyclist, golfer, walker & active in the gym. In Jan '19 I learned I had a herniated disc. In July of '21 I had sciatic strikes down my left leg which took 3 months of rest before I could walk pain free again.
