I got in and out in 3 hours.Staff was great.I was only there for a infection prescription So I was not an emergency. They responded quickly.

Average wait time is 4-12+ hours, and I've had TWO bad experiences. I was caught in a house fire and had a singed face & throat & sinus and was mis-diagnosed with HAY FEVER while I was actively coughing up blood and discharge and occasionally having nosebleeds due to my wounded throat & sinus. Second time I had a cracked skull and major concussion after being hit by a metal baton, and 2nd degree burns on my neck and back from being hit with an illegal tazer, and was told there was nothing that could be done, so I should just... read more
All the staff and doctors were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly during the whole process of checking in. As I was checking in to get my blood work done the lady checking me in could tell I was anxious and wad extremely friendly making conversation with me calming my nerves. The lady who took my blood work explained everything so clearly and was incredibly kind. She was so welcoming to me and my dad.
