I met the nicest young lady working as a clerk at the north tower 7th floor. Her name is Ma’laisa Harden. I still can’t believe she is only 19 years of age. She’s so professional, knowledgeable, kind , and really respects not only her job, but her patients! She’s adorable and so sweet! She’s got a fantastic personality and she really cares about you when you’re on her watch. She’s going places! I hope StJoe’s takes as good care of her as Ma’laisa Harden.
