My first visit to St Joseph's Hospital in Guelph. I inquired about my girlfriends room # . While i was waiting a lovely staff member offered to help me with the bags I was bringing her. I accepted his help (thankful...they were so heavy). He carried them right to her room. I thanked him and he left. My friend was in therapy, I was told I could stay and to have a seat. I took a very good friend to go visit her friend, these ladies have been best friends for 80+ years, easy to find, parking reasonably priced, staff very friendly and very clean ; watching these two ladies greet each other and enjoy each others company .. priceless
All the PSW and the nurses at 2nd floor are doing their best to help the residents, I and my family always appreciate their help
