Great hospital, quick and easy. Just follow the signs and instructions. I grabbed a number, sit down and wait until called. I accidentally stabbed myself with a chisel. I went in on a Monday. Fortunately not too many people waiting. They glued my wound, gave me a tetanus shot, and prescribed me some meds. The whole ordeal took an hour.
Had a great experience in the ER department. As my situation was serious, I moved through the process very quickly and was seen urgently. The nurses were very caring and attentive. The ER doctor assigned to me was Mohammed Firdouse and felt taken very care of by him + his team. Would recommend for emergency services.
Ten out of ten stars. staff is fantastic. Wonderful and compassionate doctors. Highly intelligent nurses.
Tonight was my first time at this ER and it was the best ER experience of my life (I moved from the USA a year ago). Every staff member I interacted with was personable, friendly, and patient with me. I arrived around 11:30pm and am now heading home at 1am - hardly a wait! The waiting rooms were quiet and clean. The doctor I saw took the time to listen to how I was feeling, explained everything very clearly to me, and offered me options on next steps.
