I find that everyone in the clinic is very warm and inviting from the reception staff to the therapists to the doctors. You are always greeting with kind words when you walk in by the secretary's. My personal experience with my therapist is a great one. Her name is Randi Elia, she is warm and compassionate. She really cares and you can feel that as her client.
