I love Dr.Nelson Chan and both his nurses
Dr. McNair is a gem, but unfortunately the logistics around this clinic are hair-pulling. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and you cannot leave a message after 4 p.m. (or even during lunch hour). How are people who work supposed to reach the clinic under those conditions? Right now, for example, I need to cancel an upcoming appointment because I’ve been referred to specialized care, making the upcoming appointment unnecessary. this is my 1st time complimenting a dentist. Dr Chopra has exceeded my expectations with exceptional Professionalism. She is kind, talkative and aware of the patient's comfort level with entire the experience.
Overall good but I have never actually met my doctor in the 11 years I've been a patient.... Always get a different Nurse Practitioner which can be frustrating. I miss familiarity
