Are you aware that you have an employee that is casually talking about running people over and "dropping them off" at the ER because he works there? Several generations of my family have worked here and I've always loved the place but I will never choose this hospital if THESE are the kinds of things they allow from their employees

RecommendedI love most of my experience in St. Joes and I am always proud to be one of a family being taken cared of this wonderful hospital since last year when I give birth to my hear baby. However I just gave 4 stars because I had this very uncompassionate nurse in private room in telemetry after my son’s cardiac cath, I wish I could remember her named. Thank you to the Dr. Haridas and the amazing healthcare team on the floor and in the PICU for caring for my daughter Ava after the removal of her brain tumor. I can’t express the amount of gratitude and respect I have for everyone there. Thank you so much for taking care of my babygirl and keeping her alive to continue to be the sunshine of my life! A big Thank you 🙏 to the pediatric surgeon team and nurses my daughter has Down Syndrome and very high functioning and very well aware of everything around her and understands everything she was going in for surgery and she was very nervous because she’s never had an IV before and I as mom was A nervous wreck she was having oral surgery done major oral surgery They did an amazing job at calming my daughter and even calming me! my youngest just spent the night and 2 days here. the staff was very kind, patient, sweet as could be. I felt like my little man was in great hands the whole time. constantly checking on not only him but me as well. thank you for having an amazing staff!
My child was transferred here for care. Everyone from Environmental Services and Transport to Child Life, Nurses, MA’s, CNA’s, and Physicians were amazing with the exception of the MRI technicians. They were not good with children and left my child extremely shaken and upset. Dr. Pabon was beyond amazing. He kept my child smiling and laughing. I’m extremely grateful for Dr. Pabon!
