The staff was truly very welcoming , they made me feel like family. All of the Staff were kind friendly and courteous. Immediately I knew they were passionate about their jobs. They listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions.
I'm very satisfied!!!!
My visit at SJC Urgent care was good except the waiting room was FREEZING COLD. I understand keeping it cool to keep germs from spreading, but this was ridiculous!
Brought my daughter here expecting a quick in and out. They forgot about us for 4 hours, and after I noticed all the other people who were there before us go back, then they started taking the newer walk-in’s back I knew something was up. Went and asked the front desk worker if we would be taken back soon, and she asked if we had checked in which we had…4 hours ago. She didn’t seem to care too much but at least after that we were quickly taken back and the tech was very nice and apologetic.
