Made an appointment and I was called into the office immediately. The nurse was extremely friendly and asked what my concerns were. She took my vitals, asked basic questions and indicated the doctor would be in shortly. The doctor entered the room within 5 minutes. Checked my area of concern and indicated they would be taking an X-ray to confirm his diagnosis. A x-ray was taken confirming his diagnosis and a RX was called into a local pharmacy. The experience was positive and I would highly recommend this facility.
Delightful visit in a brand new facility with a helpful and efficient staff!!!!
Just great.
Been there twice. They literally have the world's most undereducated staff. Told me to go.take Tylenol for shingles? So now I get a 2nd trip to the ER just to manage this. Suffering, and "urgent" care does nothong. Place is TRASH.
