Thank you to the wonderful staff at Urgent Care. Everyone was professional and kind. Not where I wanted to spend a Saturday afternoon but grateful for the excellent service and positive experience!
Becky was wonderful and very welcoming!! We had a light, pleasant conversation that put me at ease. The medical staff I saw was amazing and I was in and out very quickly. Thank you to them all for recognizing me as a person and offering me a Mercy experience.
I was a walk-in at my doctor's request I did not have a long wait a staff was helpful efficient and very professional. Diagnosis was made quickly prescription called in. It's always a good experience when I go to any of the St Joseph's Candler facilities. Special shout out to to Don I don't know his last name he's always there to help. I think he's a greeter he always helps me when I'm there for a doctor's appointment but he saw me down on the other end and came down to see if I needed anything.
