One of the best urgent care facilities I have been to. Overall excellent physical plant and location, clean, good front office staff. RN/PN efficient and timely, MD/PA took the time to understand the issue, explain the treatment and perform an overall assessment, very good. My only issue was total time…from the moment I walked in it was 90 min before I left and it did not seem very busy. Other than that they get high marks.
First visit: I explained I was traveling to Spain in 4 days and needed to be well, he said dismissively he wasn’t sure he could do that. Not a single moment of caring or interest. He asked about allergies and decided on cefdinir. I requested a Z-pak as it is a 5 day regimen and that I had taken it in the past with no side effects, a concern for a long flight and being out of the country. He insisted that it may not work for my diagnosis (chronic cough) and gave me a 10 day supply of Cefdinir which turned out to be a large 10... read more
The folks at the reception area were professional and pleasant. the Dr. and nurses were easy to speak with and took good care of my injury
