My daughter was charged 100.00 for the visit which is fine but then an additional 198.00 for the same visit without notification. Need to check the fine print which is time consuming and not doable under the circumstances. Never again at this place
Told me I had a virus and prescribed me antibiotics in the same breath. I knew that wasn’t right so I got a 2nd opinion elsewhere and confirmed that antibiotics cannot treat viruses. 🤡 I was also rushed through and they did not run any actual tests, although there were no other patients waiting. I am glad others had better experiences than I did!
My husband came in yesterday with edema. The front desk took $150 beforehand & then the doctor could not help & suggested further testing elsewhere. This is unfair to charge without service. Do not recommend.
The staff at this facility are very caring and kind. I’ve received care there several times in the past couple of years and I’ve always been pleased and grateful for their care.
Went to URGENT CARE WAS THERE 3 Hrs Doctor 5 STAR was Amazing the rest of the Staff can be replaced with Competent and attentive Staff Gave Info to Receptionist and then She returned an 11/2 hr later to Have us Fill out a IPad with same info Obviously the receptionist didn’t do Her Job sadly 7% unemployed there are Individuals out there that want to WORK JUST NOT THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF DONT USE THE WORD FOR THE ADMINISTRATION STAFF WERE MORE INTERESTED IN COFFEE AND TALKING TO EACH OTHER
