if I could give this office 0 stars, I would. When I called to make the appointment 3 months ago, they told me they took my insurance even though I work at a different facility. I arrived for my appointment and heard staff at the desk talking about me, no regard to just talk to me. when they finally called me over to talk about it, i informed them that when i called whoever i spoke to took down my insurance info and told me my insurance was in network. the response was "well it wasn't me" i responded that that is not the poi... read more

I scheduled a preventive visit but was unexpectedly billed over $1,000 for the visit and lab work before insurance. The appointment lasted only 30 minutes, yet I now owe $500 out-of-pocket. I was tested for services I did not authorize, and my labs were sent to their preferred facility, which accounted for $900 of the bill.
