This is the worst experience I have ever had. I recently had a seizure and they claim there is nothing they can do to help… imagine that. A neurologist not helping a seizure patient. I’d recommend EVERYONE to look elsewhere except this incompetent, negligent practice. Flat out pathetic. Dr. Trumbo (spelling) especially.
This afternoon, after being hospitalized, I reached out to inquire about available appointments with Dr. Trumble, who is reputed to be the best in town. Unfortunately, my experience with the phone representative was far from positive; the person was unprofessional and rude. Instead of simply stating that there were no openings, she responded with a dismissive and aggressive "mmmmm, no." My doctor is Dr. Poston and I cannot say enough positive reviews about him. Since 2020 I have had disabling neurological side effects from the covid vaccine/covid. Dr poston and my primary care have made my life livable again. Yes it did take months to get my first appointment with him after my ER visit with stroke symptoms, but since I first saw him he has been knowledgeable and has listened to my concerns. They don't answer the phone.
This place is a joke. If I could give negative stars I would. Can’t get anyone to answer a phone to make an appointment for a referral. Been trying for 3 months. This is typical St Joseph’s/Candler. It has to be the most unprofessionally ran healthcare system that I have ever dealt with. When you do get in touch with someone they are rude and unhelpful.
