If I could give ZERO stars I would! I drove 2 hours to get there and I got stuck in traffic due to an accident I called to let them know and she said I had 15 mins to get there after my appt time. I understand they have a time limit after appt times but I ended up getting there 2 MINUTES past the window and they said I needed to be rescheduled for 2 minutes. That honestly blew my mind! This was my first time at this office. As I was not familiar with the area, I had a difficult time finding the location. I called multiple times and got the answering machine. When I finally found the place. I explained to the older black lady that I didn’t realize that the office was located in The Medical Arts Building. I love Dr Nath she is absolutely fantastic the only complaint I have is the front desk staff that lady is so unprofessional and rude and I think that just her ways I had to clap back at her I hate stepping out of character but with this lady it is so easy and multi tasking is not her thing at all my next visit will be my 4th visit
Had a referral sent by my pcp to see Dr. Nath, regarding some thyroid concerns and yes my levels are controlled with medication. Was Dx with hyperthyroidism about 16 years. I have taken my PTU to keep it controlled and I have high risk thyroid cancer that runs in the family, with images of a small lump in my neck, but to my surprise my referral was denied because my tsh is currently in range. How????
