I Just heard the most unprofessional conversation in St. Joseph's/Candler Medical Group - Eisenhower Screaming of profanity 😤😤😤😤😤 ,disgusted at the customer service, many patients trying to see why it was so much profanity being used behind the counter. Never Again, I would not recommend this place🤬🤬

No poor customer service skills, some new lady was there, I believe I heard her name being called as “Sheryl” she was wearing some kind of slides on her feet, and wasn’t professional, I came with my mom and overheard her being so nasty,with I will say was an employee due to scrubs. I was gonna start going there, but “Sheryl” made me change my mind. I see power make People think they can belittle you, but we all are humans ..
Excellent service and friendly staff for all my three related visits. From the front desk, xray tech/nurses, to Doctor's, all were professional and caring. If I find myself needing care again, no question as to where I will go. Thank you all so much.
The wait was HORRENDOUS and I had to walk into a doctor's office, sick and not able to breathe right, to a woman smoking in the door way. When I asked them to do something about it, the blonde older lady at the front desk spouted something about fair laws. A person goes to see a doctor, because they are sick. While the doc was awesome, it took us over 2 hours just to get back to see her and almost another 2 to get out. That is crazy!
The staff is always professional and very informative. The waiting time is never lengthy. The physicians are thorough and patient
Dr. Almeida is a really nice doctor.
