Gosh, my experience today was a frustrating one. The imaging tech didn't understand (or read carefully enough) the imaging order from my surgeon. My doctor wanted a weight-bearing image of my foot but the tech instructed me to lay on the table for the image, which is definitely NOT weight-bearing. My doc ordered 3 different images, the imaging tech only took two. "When she announced "Okay, you're all done!" I had to point out to her that she still needed to take another image. What the heck?? Amazing experience! The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through the door and instantly put my nerves at ease. The mammogram (my first) was comfortable, quick and extremely easy.
The receptionist,Ms.Courtney is very professional n friendly even remember my name on leaving the Urgent Care,NP Angela Odom is very efficient n professional in listening to my symptoms n acted accordingly prescribing medicine which I should have gotten from the first visit in the other UC,Thank you for making me feel better.
