I checked with them a month before my surgery. I was told they would help me. Boy was I wrong. I had major surgery that could be life threatening on Monday. When I didn't hear from anyone after I came home I called them and was told someone would call Saturday. Here it is 5 days after surgery and 5:17 p.m. and they are just now calling to schedule a home health nurse. I should have read their reviews. I could be dead by now. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!
