I had a drug screen to take and was about to explode waiting in the lobby in front of families with young children. Medical specialist was very rude and had no tact when simply requesting to ask when it was possible to submit the test considering I would have been registered as a failed test if I were to leave or use the restroom too soon. I will never return or recommend anyone else to seek treatment here. Idk her name but she was likely of Asian decent.

I had a pulmonary function test to test the condition of my lungs. The respiratory therapist made me complete the test over and over again while I was struggling breathing. Then she promised after I give her the results that she wanted then she would give it to me. I told her that I can not breathe and I can not give her the results that she wanted. She just took me to the lobby where I almost died because I couldn’t breathe.

Waited in the waiting room for two hours! Just for a physical. The wait is extremely long. Walk-ins don’t benefit from walking in at all they have to wait longer than people who schedule online. This was a disappointing experience
