Bad security They do not enforce the rules in the lease that EVERYONE has gotten!
NO one is there on site in emergency, weekends or holidays. IN renovating that apt complex, the temp apt my mother was put in, the phone was shut off, and my mother's usual phone number someone else was using, Called the phone company, was told the phone in temp apt mother was put it, was assigned to the apt complex, and they hadn't paid that bill.
