I took my daughter today was asked to give them just a moment for me to watch them check in a walk -in; to finally be called and told that she has something available in 30 minutes and I explained I have an appointment for 11 and that I thought this was urgent care, her solution was there's a lot of people ahead of me and she can schedule me something later. Lefted and went to signature care where my daughter is already being seen

These people are awesome 😎 friendly,easy going,cheerful and most of all completely understanding and helpful. Miss Cook was great, answered all my questions and was completely understanding during my visit. Thank all of you guys for going above and beyond 😁
This place gave the worst service yesterday and today. This counter person was super unhelpful and lied to us multiple times. So lazy to even get out of her chair to help us. Disrespectful, rude and talked down to us while giving several different stories. If I won’t the place, I would pull the video
