Went in needing stitches for a laceration on my hand. Waiting room was clean and not a long wait time. Disha Desai provided great care, kept me comfortable, and did great stitch work. Hope she is there when I get them removed.
There was a white nurse with orange hair and she was beyond disrespectful, saying my medications out loud which I doubt she would do if I was a different race and then tried to intimidate me with security when I expressed to her how I felt since I have dealt with disrespect, hate and racism.
Disorganization of the emergency staff, was so sick but left and went somewhere else, didn't trust them!
I would like to recognize Joan Rodriguez-Pino from the Plastic Surgery Department in Wayne for her outstanding service. From the moment I walked into the office last November, Joan has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support.
