If I could give 0 stars I would. This whole place is a lost cause. We brought my grandma here for a head injury and the care she received was as unacceptable. The doctors are extremely rude for no reason. If you don’t want to help people you’re in the wrong field. Rude. Unprofessional. And the actual hospital doesn’t get enough funding it’s actually sad. Should be closed down.
Filthy place to be. Was in ER room recently where there was blood all over the floor.
This hospital is horrible they act like highschoolers with drama he said she said I would shut down this hospital because these people don’t know what sympathy and struggle is
BEWARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY OR HEALTH, LITERALLY LEFT WITH A KIDNEY INFECTION, THEY HAD TO RE ADMIT ME LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF BEING THERE, WITH RECORD ON FILE OF DIAGNOSIS ALREADY (IM STILL IN TERRIBLE PAIN) WAITING FOR PRESCRIPTION OF MEDICATION I NEEDED NEVER GOT IT BECAUSE THE WHOLE PROCESS OF RE ADMISSION WANTED ME TO WAIT EVEN LONGER ITS LIKE THEY WANT TO KEEP YOU SICK HERE, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND HERE AT ALL OR BRING A RELATIVE THEY WILL LEAVE YOU UNATTENDED CLAIM THEY WILL OBSERVATE... read more
My 84 years-old mom had spine fusion surgery in NYC a month ago. She started having some leakage at the wound few days ago but no fever of other sumptons. Brought her to St. Joseph ER to have it check out to make sure it’s not an infection. Within 5 min of Dr examining her, the Dr told us we should’ve brought her to the hospital where she had the surgery. We were there from 9am and she wasn’t discharged until 6pm.
