From the moment she walked in, she was calm, professional, and truly cared about what I was going through. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt safe and understood. Her compassion and quick action made a huge difference during a really stressful time. I’m genuinely grateful for the care she gave me — she’s a real asset to the hospital and her patients.
