I have been in their ED a couple of times in the past year. The nurses need some customer service training. The doctors seemed to be bothered that patients are there. They seem to be able to take care minor problems, but I would suggest to go a few miles south to Eau Claire for better care.
VERY SIMPLE THIS UNIT IS THE BEST, THE STAFF SUPER , THE NURSES FROM THE LPN TO THE RN ARE THE BEST IN TOWN,, IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO VISIT GREEN BAY YOU NEED TO COME TO THIS UNIT FOR DIALYSIS,,, IS A SUPER CLEAN UNIT, VERY NICE SETTING,, I HAVE BEEN PATIENT OF THIS UNIT SINCE 2001, NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT....THANKS TO THIS PEOPLE AND THE WAY THEY DO THINGS, IS AN HONOR TO BE A PATIENT HERE....

Dr. Juranek is a very understanding physician who takes the time to listen to your healthcare needs and concerns. I went to Dr. Juranek quite some time ago and was experiencing some uncomfortable healthare concerns and when I was having problems with my current job at a prison concerning some healthcare issues he was very understanding and assisted my needs in whatever way he could. I would recommend Dr. Juranek to anyone and I have to my friends and family members Kelley Krause
