This doctor sucked. My 2nd visit. Had no idea why I was there, even though it was my 2nd. Took one glance at my chart, said my meld at 64 is too high. I will die in 90 days as I am not a transplant. But wanted labs. Told him no. Why bother if I am going to die. He called me bacjmk at 4:55 changed his tune. Made reference to a program etc. Whatever. St Jo's will not have my insurance ,(oo big threat). I am having Cigna switch me to Banner Good Sam.

This clinic is great! I was even late to my appointment (100% my fault, no excuses), and they happily still took me. I saw nurse practitioner Kelly Hortel. She and her nurse (Yanzil, maybe?) were both very sweet and smart. Kelly really took her time with me to make sure I understood the necessary information. She even chatted with me about other stuff in my chart. I’m used to being rushed through vitals and my appointment like I’m a piece meat on a conveyor belt, but everyone in the clinic treated me the way they would treat... read more
