Sorry, St. Joe’s Neurology, I tried to resolve this privately. But since my concerns remain unaddressed and my call was never returned, I’m left with no option but to share my experience publicly. I am an established patient of Dr. Keane. Recently, I’ve been experiencing significant and concerning symptoms: numbness, tingling, pain in my arms and legs, and progressive difficulty walking. Also, Melanie Doctors Assistant is a remarkable person, I’m always addressed by my name and any questions I have Melanie is on top of all … within the same day!! Thank you very much for all you do for me.

Will not get to see the neurologist at St. Jo as getting through to office staff is an extreme hassle itself. Tracy in the office is very rude and does not seem to want to try anything to help patients. It got me extremely upset which will cause me more head problems (that I need to see a neurologist for) from being soo upset from my interaction with her so thanks for that! Not. Will do my best to go elsewhere.
