if I could give a -20 stars, I would, my girlfriend arrived there earlier this morning today which is July 19, 2026 early in the morning like 4 o’clock in the morning and she had a UTI plus she was on her Period. they blew her veins three times. Then they found out she had a blood platelet count of 50. It’s supposed to be minimum of 140. I came here when I fell and broke my foot while pregnant. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Staff were very caring and compassionate. I came here after sitting at the Brighton location for over two hours without a single person to access my open and bleeding puncture wounds. Howell was like walking into a different world- they got me in right away and immediately started treatment, the whole staff was friendly and you can tell they actually care about you and your health.
