Trinity has made it convenient for patients to schedule appointments for lab services, specifically for blood draws as I need blood work done four times a year for a chronic condition. I was just informed today 10-9-25 that I would need to take a number before I could advance to the check in window at the Reichert location even with an appointment. You need better parking ! Handicapped is plenty full but it's all.so far away. You need valet parking
BEWARE! Had an appointment here today, and on my way out I stopped in the gift shop and purchased a few stuffed animals. Was told my total was $39.22. I paid by card and took my receipt. Later in the evening, I check my card account online, and it does not match my receipt. The charge was 20% more. So the gift shop took a 20% gratuity? It's not on the receipt and it wasn't told to me in my total. It was added by the cashier, Paula, and never approved by me. This is theft.
