Vonne is the Lab is the absolute worst. She basically called me a liar and told me to come back in a week because of an insurance issue. Turns out she was dead wrong, argued with me for no reason, refused to call my insurance, finally did then lied about what they said. No apologies or anything for the hour of wasted time. This women should be fired.
Go anywhere else. Have scheduled me at the wrong hospital, and taken excessive time to get CT results to where they need to go forcing me to delay care. Horribly run hospital.
Trinity has made it convenient for patients to schedule appointments for lab services, specifically for blood draws as I need blood work done four times a year for a chronic condition. I was just informed today 10-9-25 that I would need to take a number before I could advance to the check in window at the Reichert location even with an appointment. You need better parking ! Handicapped is plenty full but it's all.so far away. You need valet parking
